Ownership of content
All content on this website is owned by VUDO Productions unless stated otherwise. That includes the films and video footage, still photography, written copy, page designs, graphics, and the VUDO Productions name and logo. Client logos shown on this site remain the property of those clients and appear here to identify completed work.
Our films and photographs are original creative works protected by copyright from the moment they are created. Nothing on this site is offered as stock footage, free-to-use media, or public domain material.
What you may do
- View, share, and link to pages on this site.
- Embed or share a film using the player links we publish, with credit to VUDO Productions.
- Quote a short excerpt of our written content with attribution and a link back to the source page.
What you may not do
- Download, re-upload, re-edit, or redistribute our films, footage, or photographs without written permission.
- Use our work in a reel, portfolio, advertisement, or pitch that suggests you produced it.
- Copy our written content or scrape this site to reproduce it elsewhere.
- Use our footage or photography to train, fine-tune, or generate output from an artificial intelligence system without written permission.
- Use the VUDO Productions name or logo to imply endorsement.
Licensing and permissions
Clients receive usage rights to their own project deliverables as agreed in writing for that project. Those rights cover the specific deliverables and uses named in the agreement. Any other use, including resale, sublicensing, or use of raw footage, requires written permission.
If you would like to license or use any work on this site, write to info@vudoproductions.com. We are generally glad to say yes when asked.
Reporting misuse
If you find our films, photography, or written content published elsewhere without permission, please tell us at info@vudoproductions.com with a link. We follow up on unauthorized use of our work.
Accuracy and availability
We keep this site current and accurate to the best of our ability. Portfolio work, service descriptions, and availability may change without notice. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a specific result for any project.
Third party services
