What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the type of project you are planning, your budget range or chosen photo package, and anything you write in the message field. We also record that the submission came from vudoproductions.com so we know how you reached us.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, schedule a call or shoot, and carry out work you hire us to do. We keep inquiries in our customer relationship management system so we can pick up the conversation where it left off.

SMS and text messaging

If you check the SMS consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from VUDO Productions at the phone number you provided, including messages sent by an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for assistance or contact us at (405) 982-4090 or info@vudoproductions.com.

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers who help us deliver messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with vendors that operate this website and our messaging and scheduling tools, and only so they can provide those services to us. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain business records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing info@vudoproductions.com.

This site uses basic analytics to understand which pages people visit so we can improve them. This does not identify you personally.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so what you type into our contact form is encrypted in transit. Form submissions are passed directly to our customer relationship management system rather than stored on this website, and access to that system is limited to VUDO Productions staff who need it to respond to you, each with their own login.

We do not collect or store payment card details through this website. We choose established service providers for messaging, scheduling, and hosting, and rely on the security controls they maintain. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw consent to text messages at any time by replying STOP, and withdraw consent to marketing email using the unsubscribe link in any message. Withdrawing consent to marketing does not stop us replying to an inquiry you sent us.

To make any of these requests, email info@vudoproductions.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for adults hiring video and photography services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and any change takes effect when it is posted here. If we make a significant change to how we handle text messaging consent, we will make that clear on this page.
